ICUQuiz (icuquiz.ca) is a Canadian Critical Care Medicine examination preparation resource operated by Paul Cameron Medicine Professional Corporation. Our website address is www.icuquiz.ca
What Information We collect
When you create an account or purchase a membership we collect:
- Your name and email address
- “Billing address (required for payment processing and determination of applicable GST/HST rate under Canadian tax law)”
- Program/institution (optional, provided voluntarily)
- Account activity including quiz attempts and membership status
We do not collect or store credit card numbers, CVCs, or banking information. All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Your payment data goes directly to Stripe and never passes through our servers.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Process your membership purchase
- Send transactional emails (order confirmation, password setup)
- Communicate service updates relevant to your membership
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment Processing
